Take the lead in transforming your community.

    • Ukrainian women born between 2001-2006

    • Able to travel to Zakarpattia for the in-person portion of the program from August 18-30

    • Must have resided in Ukraine for the past six months

    • Committed to staying in Ukraine for at least four months during the follow-up period (September – December 2025)

    • Valid ID with date of birth

    • One or two signed reference letters confirming involvement in volunteer or community activities

    • Proof of residency, such as documentation of residence in an occupied or de-occupied area or official IDP status
